通过支持国际合作促进精准医疗的发展
国际精准医疗联盟(ICPerMed)，ICPerMed的保护伞计划，旨在发起和支持精准医疗 (PM) 领域的沟通与交流，以使不同国家科研和资助活动保持步调一致。它汇集了来自29个国家、地区的资助机构和主管部门的代表，并不断扩展，从而增强精准医疗发展的国际协同效应。
IC2PerMed项目的核心目标是，以中欧专家在精准医疗方面的协同开发为基础，制定共同战略，让中国机构能够加入ICPerMed项目团队。 三个专家工作组将在项目实施阶段内，为寻求在精准医疗科研、创新、发展和实施方面的通用方法设定路线。
